E-mail should be used only for non-medical, non-urgent, administrative type questions or problems.  The e-mail may be directed to the Bookkeeping Department, to the Appointment Desk, to the Administrative Office, or to an individual doctor’s medical assistant.  You should expect a response to your e-mail within 2-3 business days.  Again, e-mail should not be used for any medical advice or urgent problems.
