Thomas E. Daglish, M.D.
 

Dr. Thomas Daglish completed his undergraduate training at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  He attended medical school at the University of Toronto as well as completing his residency at the University in Family Practice.  Dr. Daglish was in private practice in Toronto before relocating to Visalia and establishing Visalia Family Practice in 1979.  He has been very active in the Tulare County Medical Society, the California Medical Association, and is one of the founders of Mosaic Medical Group and Key Medical Group IPA’s.  He is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Central California Blood Center.

Paul J. Schommer, M.D.

Dr. Paul Schommer attended Harvard University for his undergraduate training and is a graduate of the University of California at San Francisco Medical School.  After completing his residency at Valley Medical Center Family Practice Residency Program he was a staff physician and instructor for the Fresno Department of Health at Selma Community Health Center.  In 1982 he joined Visalia Family Practice.  Dr. Schommer is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice.  He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the California Medical Association and the Tulare County Medical Society.  He is the Vice President of the Tulare County Foundation for Medical Care.  Dr. Schommer was also instrumental in the development of Mosaic Medical Group and Key Medical Group IPA’s.

John C. Booker, M.D.

Dr. John C. Booker graduated from the University of Southern California Medical School after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at the University of California Davis.  He completed his residency at the University of California Davis Family Practice Residency Program.  Dr. Booker began private practice with Visalia Family Practice in 1984.  He is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice and a member of the California Medical Association and the Tulare County Medical Society.

Mark V. Tetz, M.D.

Dr. Mark Tetz received his medical degree from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, Canada after completing undergraduate work in cellular, molecular and microbiology.  He completed his residency at the University of Calgary Foothills Hospital.  He moved to Visalia in 1996 where he was in private practice at KSMG Primary Care until 2000 when he joined Visalia Family Practice.  Dr. Tetz is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice and a member of the Tulare County Medical Society, the American Diabetes Association and the California Medical Association.

Christopher J Rodarte, M.D.

Dr. Christopher J. Rodarte attended medical school at the University of California Irvine after graduating from California State University, Fresno with his Bachelor of Science in Functional Biology.  After completing his residency at Merrithew Memorial Hospital Family Practice Residency Program in Martinez, California he became a staff physician for United Health Centers.  In 1997 he moved to Family HealthCare Network where he was a staff physician and served for a time as Medical Director.  Dr. Rodarte is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice and is an Adjunct Faculty-Associate Professor with A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Laurie Dresser, D.O.

Dr. Laurie Dresser was born in North Dakota and raised in Bakersfield, CA.  She received a BS from California State University, Bakersfield, a Doctorate of Podiatry from the College of Podiatric Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, and later her DO from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA.  It was her desire to return to the Central Valley and she decided to complete her residency at Kern Medical Center before beginning to practice Family Medicine.  She truly enjoys being a physician – she can’t think of anything else she’d rather be!  Dr. Dresser gains satisfaction in seeing others learn and chose to become a part of the FM Faculty to share her knowledge and experience of providing care across a patient’s life span.
