Visalia Family Practice is a primary care medical group that has been dedicated to family medicine since 1984. The group currently consists of four family physicians; Thomas Daglish, M.D., Paul Schommer, M.D., John C. Booker, M.D. and Mark V. Tetz, M.D. There is also a family nurse practitioner, Mary Merriman, FNP.
We care for all age patients ranging from infants to pediatrics, and adolescents; full adult medicine, and even geriatrics. Our nurse practitioner specializes in women's health care.
We routinely schedule appointments from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. On Saturday mornings one physician opens for urgent health needs. After hours there is always a physician on call, who may be reached through our answering service for any urgent medical advice.

To improve the quality of patient care, Visalia Family Practice is moving to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). One of the new features is to better provide patient communications with a Patient Portal. Our care givers will have the ability to send timely alerts and patient information via an Internet web page.
